Annual General Meeting 2026

Tuesday 10th November 7.45pm

Come along to hear the 2026 reports and cheer for the Best Plot winners.

St Mary’s Parish Hall is some 10 minutes’ walk from Teddington Station, along the High Street, then right into Langham Road. From Hampton Wick, it is served by the 281 and 285 buses up Kingston Road – alight at the Teddington Lock stop, turn left into Ferry Road and first left into Langham Road. It is opposite the Sainsbury’s car park.

The doors will open at 7.30 pm. The meeting will start at 7.45 pm and should finish before 9.00pm.

Please come along if you can. We need 40 members present to be quorate.

The agenda will include the standard items: Chairman’s report, Treasurers report, Election of any newly-nominated committee members and Best Plot awards.

In line with our Constitution, the Final Agenda will be displayed on site two weeks prior to the meeting.
