Annual Rents are due October 1st 2025

In line with the Conditions of Tenancy, if rents are not paid before 1st November, then 7 days notice may be given before the plot is re-let.

The annual rent is £24 for a full plot and £12 for a half plot.

For those lucky enough to have a lockup, the annual rent is £25.
NOTE: there is no additional rent required for sheds or greenhouses.

For those plotholders who are unable to pay online, payment may be brought to the Seed Store from 11:00 to 12:00 on Sunday 19th October or Sunday 26th October

At rent renewal, plotholders are asked to
- confirm agreement to the RPA Privacy Policy.
- reconfirm agreement to abide by the RPA Regulations.
